are not currently on the market.
- Updated listing information on
homes that meet your requirements on a weekly or even
daily basis – or whatever timeframe suits your
needs. These updates can be automatically e-mailed
when new homes come on the market!
- The latest digital and
Internet technology to help you learn about
properties that might be of interest and manage your
buying experience. This includes emails of photos
and virtual tours if available.
- Advising you on appropriate contract
offer price and terms, presenting your offer to a
potential seller, and representing you – and
only you - throughout the process of offers and counteroffers
until a deal is reached.
- Attending all major events in the
buying process with you or on your behalf, including
the home inspection and the closing.
